What this site is

Precise SBA is an independent referral and information service about SBA financing. It is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Small Business Administration. By using the site you agree to these terms.

No offer, no advice

Nothing on this site is a loan offer, approval, or commitment to lend. All financing is subject to lender underwriting and SBA program rules, which change. The site provides general information, not legal, tax or financial advice, and using it creates no attorney-client, advisory or fiduciary relationship. Talk to your own advisors before you decide anything.

How we get paid

We do not charge users. If a loan closes, the lender may pay us a referral fee, disclosed on SBA Form 159. See how we get paid.

Calculators, samples and examples

Calculators and examples use hypothetical numbers, are estimates only, and may not reflect your situation, your lender's method or current rules. Results are not predictions, quotes, credit decisions or approvals. Do not rely on them to make a financing decision.

The AI assistant

After you submit the form you may chat with an AI assistant. It says it is AI, organizes what you tell it and asks follow-up questions. It does not approve or decline financing and does not give legal, tax or financial advice. Information you provide may be reviewed by a person. Please do not share information you do not want us to process as described in our privacy notice.

Email and text messages

If you opt in to text messages, you agree that Precise SBA may send them, using an automated system, about your request. Consent is not a condition of getting help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time.

Lenders and other sites

We introduce you to SBA lenders only if you ask us to. Lenders are independent of us. We are not responsible for their decisions, terms or advice, or for other sites we link to.

Embedding our calculator

You may embed the DSCR calculator on your own site using the code on our resources page, free of charge, as long as you keep the "Powered by Precise SBA" link and do not alter the calculator, its disclaimers or its results. We may change or remove the embed at any time.

Acceptable use

Give us accurate information, do not misuse the site, and do not copy it in bulk or present our hypothetical figures as statistics or as your own data.

Our content

We own or license the content on this site. You may quote short excerpts with a link back. Rules and lender policies change, and although we work to keep the site accurate, we do not guarantee that it is complete or current.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is," and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it or reliance on it. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you.
