Who we are
Precise SBA is an independent referral and information service that helps business owners understand SBA financing options. Privacy contact: hello@precisesba.com.
What we collect, and where it comes from
- From you: your name, email, phone number, information about your business and financing plans, and any documents you choose to share.
- Automatically: the page you came from, which version of a page you saw, and basic usage events (for example, that a form was viewed), each tied to a random session identifier. We use it to improve the site. This identifier is not your name, but it is not strictly anonymous either.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and help you understand your financing options.
- To prepare a summary of your request, which a person may review.
- With your permission, to share your information with SBA lenders you ask us to introduce you to.
AI assistance
We use AI tools to organize the information you share and to ask follow-up questions. The assistant says it is AI. It does not approve or decline financing, and it does not give legal, tax or financial advice. A person may review your information.
Who we share it with
- SBA lenders you ask us to introduce you to, with your permission, so they can consider your request.
- Service providers that help us operate, including hosting, customer-records, email and text-message, and AI-model providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Where required by law.
If a loan closes with a lender you were introduced to, that lender may pay us a referral fee, disclosed on SBA Form 159. We do not charge you a fee. See how we get paid.
Texts and email
We email you about your request. We only text you if you opted in to texts. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses your browser's storage to remember which version of a page you saw and where you first arrived, and it sends usage events to our system. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your permission to share it, or stop emails and texts. Contact hello@precisesba.com. Residents of some states have additional rights, and we will honor them. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
